The truth is no one can tell you when to sell your home, unless there are legal issues involved.  You have to decide when the time is right for you!  People sell their homes for different reasons.  Some are empty-nesters wanting a smaller home, some are starting families and have outgrown their current home, and some have experienced unforeseen financial circumstances where they can no longer afford their home and have to make a decision to sell before a short sale or foreclosure becomes their only option. 


SELLING:

If your home does not receive proper exposure it limits buyer possibilites.  There was a time when listing on MLS and FMLS would get the job done but not, since the market has so many homes to offer, it requires a lot more to bring exposure and to sell.  It requires open houses, eye-catching fliers, emails blasts, caravans, word of mouth, online home advertising spots, etc.  That is where my expertise comes in.  By listing your home or commercial property to sell with me, it will receive the exposure it needs to bring buyers to the table.  Also, a lot of agents and Realtors are now having their buyers pre-qualified prior to searching for properties so this makes it easier and faster for them to purchase when they find their dream property.
