In today's market, it is imperative that when selecting a Realtor, you select a Realtor who has your best interest at heart, one who places your needs on their priority list, and one who prioritizes daily. There are a great number of agents in the real estate industry but just because a person is an agent does not mean they are the right agent for you! I have met with buyer and sellers who have worked with 2-3 agents in an attempt to find the perfect "fit" for their needs. I express to them that it is important when selecting an agent that you interview them just as you would if you were hiring someone for a job, to ensure that the agent is going to perform for you to the best of their ability. I am not just an agent I am a Realtor which means that I follow a Code of Ethics to provide the best possible service to all of my clients. I go above and beyond to ensure efficient and stress-free transactions my clients, while simultaneously working diligently to ensure success.
